Jake Curran (Solo): This page covers my solo acoustic work, which focuses heavily on storytelling, spoken-word poetry, and reflective songwriting influenced by acts like Bright Eyes, Death Cab for Cutie, and The Lumineers.
Slough: My primary original band (formerly The Purgatives). We play indie rock that blends ambient textures with heavy, driving rhythm. On this page, you can find our upcoming event dates and our debut full-length album, Purgative Ways, which is now available to buy as a complete unit for the first time.

Booking & Curation Services
When I’m not performing, I work as a booker and event planner, helping coordinate independent regional showcases and curating seasonal live music programs like the Summer Sounds Concert Series at the Lynnwood Event Center.
